would love to see more photos of the surgeon’s house if any exist. the same architect built and live in my home in ft. greene. supposedly he was known for his wonderful interior woodwork, of which we have very little left. wondering if there’s anything left in the surgeon’s house. it was supposed to be a masterpiece.
This photo is heartbreaking. The Admirals’ houses are national treasures and I can’t believe they’re in danger…what’s the update on the movement to save them? I apologize if there’s been a recent update on this I haven’t caught.

The headline above from the Brooklyn Papers could have said “Ratner Kills Puppies” given how one sided its reporting of the Atlantic Yards project has been. What a disgrace.
