That map in the NY Post story confirms what an environmental engineer told me once – DUMBO air pollution is the worst in Brooklyn.
Not sure that the Promenade is one of the TOP 17 scenic locations in the WORLD.
DIBS – I think it means they rotate out the house every 3 weeks and put in one of the other 16. Must get annoying.

WRT to Dirty Girls: 1) “seemingly” needs to be banished. It means “I’m trying really hard to write but I can’t think of good words.” 2) What is “mysterious” about the idea that looking like you just rolled out of bed makes people think of sex? Nothing.

My heart goes out to that kid – Flatlands Ave. can feel pretty desolate, even in daytime. It feels like the end of the earth. Having a beef with someone who has access to weapons out there must be the most helpless feeling in the world.
