haha ET/MM – good point!
DH, probably the same person who saw some potatoes soaking in water for a couple of months and said, “hey, I bet if I drink that potato water, I’ll get really drunk.”
“Lobsters scare me.”
Have you seen crawfish, dh? They’re creepy looking. They’re about 1/8 the size of lobster. You get a mountain full on your plate and you dig in….mmmm…..mmmmm….good!

Thanks MM! Good to know.
“DH, yes cause after the 1st dude that says this big shrimp thing taste great and is easy to catch, it will be eaten”
Yeah – but who is this first dude that’s gonna say “woah, look at that huge red insect lookin thing. I bet it would taste awesome if we boil it alive and dip it in liquid butter”
Lobsters scare me.
ExTex, the lobster rolls at Fairway in Red Hook are great. They have picnic tables behind the store, and you can chow down with an amazing view of the harbor.

Do you think if lobsters lived on dry land and looked the way they did we’d still eat them?
Actually, the best way to cook a lobster is to kill it first with a cleaver by splitting it in half and then to bake it. The boiling process removes a lot of flavor.
