I’ve seen them working on the Board of Ed building (I live across the street). They have a little bulldozer-like truck that carts out demolition remains from the Schermerhorn side. It also looks like they’ve been removing the AC units from all the windows. And the union guys are out there with the inflatable rat evey morning!
