Those entry hoods are great right? How much do you think one of those would cost to make and install? As much as a Viking range? As much as a built-in Subzero fridge or cedar walk-in closet?
One of those would not only increase the appeal of your house but of the whole block. And in real estate, honey, it’s the block that counts.
