I went to that theater once and when we were on the top floor, with only a very narrow escalator, no signs for stairs, and employees who were off getting their friends into the theater, I knew it was a fire trap. How it could ever pass any building code is amazing. That and the fact that it gets a participatory audience keeps me away.
The Williamsburg landlord should be jailed for felony assault on the English language.
