I know Whole Foods may be using it if they ever get that Super Fund site cleaned up enough to sell you organic grapes picked by immigrant labor for $2 a day and no bathrooms (doi, it’s organic, right?).

It was in fact built by Lictchfied as headquaters to his Brooklyn Improvement Company. – yes Litchfield was a RE developer!
