I think the Manhattan congestion fee scheme, which went down in flames yesterday, reveals to the general public something insiders have known for a long time. Mayor Mike is a tone-deaf, arrogant prick.

There goes the Boom in the neighborhood. I think Red Hook would have been better off in the future without ports there and more business as well as a park. The neighborhood took a loss on my point.
