How stupid is the MTA’s vendetta against F Line Bagels? Haven’t they got better things to do (like make the trains run on time)? And if they’re so cash-strapped that they have to go after independent businessmen for $5K (and you know their legal fees, paid for by your fares and the great transportation bond, are way more than that here), maybe they should think about selling some of their property at actual market value instead of playing kissy-face with Bruce Ratner.
