    BTW I think the Carousel is great and I like the location.

    There are a lot of people who don’t want any activity in the park but a passive park….I am not one of them.

  4. Will a “28 foot high” structure housing the carousel really blck views of the brooklyn Bridge??? Isn’t the Brooklyn bridge quite a bit higher than 28′????

  5. The woman said some of her neighbors were trying to sell their apartments and were worried that a balcony deemed a safety hazard would not be attractive to potential buyers.
