True. I agree. This little section that is sort of taking the place of ye ol’ evening paper of yester year (Anyone other than me remember when papers were specifically morning papers or evening papers?) is getting thinner than thin.
Though…I did check out the “Brooklyn Exports Babies” mini-blurb on Gwyneth Paltrow musing on adopting a local baby:
“We might get one from Brooklyn.”
Isn’t that hysterial?! “…I don’t know honey…what do you feel like? We’d better make up our minds fast…what about that cute place in Brooklyn? I don’t think they’ll be crowded on a Thursday…” “No, Hun, let’s just stay in the neighborhood. I have to get up at 5:30 tomorrow.”
Can you rename this to “Same five blogs we link to every day” wrap? This is the most pointless feature for anyone with an RSS reader and interest in Brooklyn blogs. Get creative. There are tons of good – and in many cases, better – blogs out there.
