Don’t forget NEW bars can open up after you buy a home… I’m at the far end of a side street block that intersects with a commercial street up at the top. A new bar with backyard opened up two years ago. Previously it was a vintage furniture shop. At first the noise from the back was so loud the music was as if I was playing my stereo all the way up. That’s from almost a whole block away.

people if you are planing on buying a home, it would be smart of you looked out the windows and see what is around. if there are bars and other outside venues, that should be a red flag, that noise will occur.
It is like Chelsea all over. the mega clubs were all there, in remote areas, then condos go up and the people complain about noise….well, dummies if you saw a club was there why drop a million………..
