Ah, I remember the days when Manhattan was the center of all things fun. How times change…
My point is, what Brooklyn started the MTA will soon finish off. They’ll all be forced to relocate to Brooklyn Heights.
CG Ups, I read in the free Metro paper today that all of the Upper East Side is caving in due to 2nd Ave. subway construction and the MTA is paying to relocate people for the duration. (OK, it wasn’t really the whole UES, just a few buildings, but I am sure it’s the tip of the iceberg.) Remember MacDonough!

yeah i agree CG ups.. there IS a lot to be said about manhattan, especially when it comes to more high class cultural stuff, but that’s a big duh! this guy pointing it out is just absurd. also manhattan will always have the most allure for the sheer density of it alone.

btw, saying that everyone in manhattan sucks equally as silly as this dude’s observation that brooklyn nightlife blows. i’m sure we all know one or two decent people that like there. 🙂
