After a lot of push from community residents and local politicians, it looks like an interim-use green space is finally coming to the water tunnel site on the northeast corner of Kent and Myrtle avenues. Tonight the Pratt Area Community Council and City Council Member Tish James will host a community meeting discussing the future of the site, as the DEP is ready to provide access. The meeting is at 6pm at the Pratt Center, 536 Myrtle Avenue (enter on Willoughby Avenue). Find more information go right here. And to RSVP email rsvp@prattarea.org.
