Anyway Café (111 Oriental Boulevard, 718-648-3906), serves Russian bistro fare and house-infused vodka. Patrons choose from many infusions, including mango, lychee, and horseradish (which apparently makes a mean bloody mary). Shots go for $5, and martinis are $8 or $9.
