“Fringe”? A curiously myopic definition for Ditmas Park if one looks at a map of Brooklyn. Fringe is at the edge of something, seldom in the middle (except possibly on some nasty Western-style jacket). Now, Mill Basin…that’s fringe.
Much better than anything in the more expensive areas of Brooklyn. God bless the fringe.
