Total man cave. Featured in the Times a few years ago. Not surprised about the Sunny’s connection.
Place has lots of character. I think it’s great.

A few years ago (a year ago, maybe?) there was an article in the NYTimes regarding “man caves.” That Red Hook building featured prominently.
