Banning the hiring of outside teachers: another stupid union-inspired rule. The ATRs (teachers who have been excessed from one school and are waiting around for a job in NYC) are by and large the worst group of teachers! That’s why principals didn’t want to hire them. Now we’ll limit ourselves to hiring only from the worst teachers. Another nail in the coffin of NYC education!
THL… thank you. I didn’t want to be the first to mention that this looks like pubes.
The building in the photo needs to be waxed.
some of them are covered with similar facade material of the building they are on. i saw this on the news yesterday. there’s a church that has cell towers on the front of it, but you dont notice it cuz they blend in.
honestly tho i dont know what the big huff is over them. don’t people have better things to worry about? and you just know the people who complain are the same people who bitch and moan when they get bad cell phone, excuse me, mobile phone reception.
*rob*
have to know what you are looking for. They are on top of buildings so you won’t see them from street level – only if you are in a taller building looking down.
I’ve never noticed one.
you are kidding aren’t you DIBS? They are EVERYWHERE!!!!!
I don’t think I’ve ever even seen a cell tower in NYC.
What, no Court st/Warren st building collapse?
