Subway Coming to Lafayette
It’s entirely possible that we are horribly behind the times given our extensive summer travels, but we only just noticed this sign for a Subway sandwich shop hanging in front of the defunct deli at 713 Fulton Street. Anyone know how long it’s been there? GMAP

“Sorry, but Subway’s “chicken breast” is also formed this way.”
the fake grill marks are tres cute though.
“questionable chicken parts formed into nuggets”
Sorry, but Subway’s “chicken breast” is also formed this way.
Subway is hit or miss. Some of them are down right disgusting; others are spotless. I’ll eat at Subway but avoid their meat/cheese products entirely (hello, veggie delite!) Agree, the smell eminating from all their stores is NASTY.
In terms of fast food, Subway is one of the best options out there. Turkey on whole wheat…yum. Beats a burger or a cardboard box of questionable chicken parts formed into nuggets.
I used to eat subway all the time in college. For some reason the smell of their bread makes me nauseous now.
I LOVE how most people will turn their nose up at a Subway – but won’t hesitate shoving a Chipotle burrito or a sandwich from Cosi down their throat.
When we lived in Jersey City I started to appreciate Subway, as at the time, they were the best of the worst options.
What’s wrong with Subway?
