According to founder Katrine Pollari, the bar will serve beer, olives and charcuterie in addition to a purposefully affordable list of by-the-glass wines. Barring unforeseen delays, the Olivino wine bar, which Pollari hopes will be a real neighborhood gathering place, could be open within the next four or five weeks. Man, does Fulton need this!

Great! 2 more years and we wont recognize fulton anymore, this was about time that would happen, good luck! I can’t wait.
oooh, this might be dangerous, being directly between my apartment and the subway and all. Olivino has always been extremely friendly and laid back (more so than the wine shops further north)…a wine bar with a similar vibe here would be fantastic.
Kudos for offering beer as well!
Excellent!
I love olivino – they have affordable wines and a friendly neighborly attitude.
who cares!
Anyway a praiseworthy move. I am going to try and support them.
is the glass gonna be bullet proof? that is the need
