It looks like Brooklyn Heights is getting a new pharmacy. When we passed by last week they appeared to be stocking the shelves for what is being called Heights Apothecary. GMAP

  1. Hi all! After all this buzz decided to check out this pharmacy. It is actually really cool. Kicks the hell out of Rite Aid, and the people are nice. They have the coolest natural kiddy stuff for bath and for moms too. They are

  2. I actually like the place. It’s a nice pharmacy. it looks like they have interesting things in stock. I essentially am interested in organic products that they carry. So, welcome to the hood guys, looking forward to having you around. By the way, i like the new window display that you created.

  3. Wow, this place is phenomenal!!!! I work across the street and happen to pass by the window. The display window holds original historic pharmaceutical pieces. It looks like Heights Apothecary just opened. They are fully stocked & btw…IT IS A PHARMACY plus some. Besides being a pharmacy where you can fill prescriptions, they carry some of the top skincare lines, a few items which I actually purchased in Paris last year. The staff is SUPER NICE! and so knowledgeable. I never knew “Horsetail” is even a supplement, much less used for arthritis and kidney & Bladder troubles. For all you Mom’s & Dad’s out there…they carry a full line of organic baby products, even organic diapers! Go check it out!!!!!!!

  4. This is GREAT. Finally our neighborhood has its own pharmacy and nutrition store. After reading some of the responses I have stopped by today to check it out. From the second I entered, I was greeted by an extremely knowledgeable staff who were not afraid to answer all of my questions and did so in a very professional manner. The way I see it, there is finally a place that has the knowledge and time to answer my questions, are well stocked with natural as well as pharmaceutical products and are able to combine the two branches for a precise treatment. You no longer have to run to Rite Aid for your prescription meds and then to the health food store to pick up the green tea and professional grade vitamins, you can get both at one place! As a practicing chiropractor, a busy man, and one who knows medical quality, I was extremely pleased and strongly recommend this place! You will NOT be disappointed.

  5. Hi everybody! First of all, thank you for noticing us and taking your time to review and talk about us. We are grateful and are happy to be in Brooklyn Heights and are looking forward to serve the neighborhood. To answer some of the comments above-we are a fully stocked pharmacy and we are ready and able to fill any prescription that you may have from your doctor. We also think of ourselves as a “boutique” pharmacy where you will receive the attention and care that you deserve. We, in fact, also carry a wide range of organic and holistic remedies that “regular pharmacies” do not carry. Our products include: European and Natural cosmetics, skin care, body care, baby care, herbal supplements, allergy remedies, vitamins, etc. And, to reply to yet another comment above-we do not sell illicit substances mentioned in that comment. We are not sure what the green cross is synonymous with in California (as we are full-time east coasters), but in Europe a green cross is often displayed on Pharmacies. So, thank you all again, for noticing us, we are open and will be happy to see you at the Heights Apothecary!

  6. Aren’t the sign and lighting a total violation of landmarks rules? It’s really out of place next to the surrounding stores. There must be a way to make your store noticeable without the vinyl canopy, etc.

  7. technically that isn’t a Pharmacy because it lacks uh, i dont know, Pharmaceuticals? it’s products are listed on the signage… organics, herbs, homeopathy,.. so really it’s a Phauxmacy
