This storefront at 320 Court Street has been sitting in an abandoned state for at least the last couple of years but maybe there’s hope for it now: A DOB permit was just issued for the repair of the facade. Anyone know anything about? Might there be a tenant some time soon? GMAP

I love Frankies and I love Six Point. But those 2 establishments as “brands” do seem like an odd coupling.

Its not like they are looking for a tenant. The place is filled with furniture and new construction and it looks to be a restaurant.
