There will be quite a few street changes in Downtown Brooklyn beginning this Saturday. From a press release from the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership: “The travel direction of Duffield Street between Willoughby Street and Fulton Street [pictured] will no longer be one-way northbound, but instead will be reversed to run one-way southbound. Willoughby Street between Gold Street (Albee Square West) and Duffield Street will be converted from two-way to one-way westbound. Vehicles proceeding southbound on Duffield Street and northbound on Elm Place toward Fulton Street will be directed through traffic signage and signals to proceed west onto Fulton Street and north onto Gold Street (Albee Square West) to exit the area.” The changes got the go ahead from Marty Markowitz, DBP, CB2, and DOT.
