With less than two weeks ’til opening day, the Brooklyn Flea gets some serious love from New York Magazine today. The weekly spotlights 17 of the 200 or so vendors that will be on hand for the April 6 kick-off, including Prague Kolektiv, which will be selling a number of these cool mid-century Czech cocktail carts, and Eddie Hibbert, who will have a bunch of salvage items like the mantel above. On another note, we’re looking for a handful of attendants to man the exits from 10 to 5; if you know of anyone looking to make a few bucks on Sundays, drop an email to flea@brownstoner.com.
Get Ready to Jumble at the Brooklyn Flea! [New York Magazine]
Hey troll-I’d love to see what you look, like, but any kind of physical contact would be pretty repulsive.
What goes in a Czech cocktail anyway?
I’ll stop by and give you a big sloppy wet kiss, Bob.

Um, I would remove my phone number from google mr. butler.
If you stop by the FGPO table, where I’ll be, and you’re a Brownstoner regular, please say hello.
What a relief! I’ll be there probably every weekend. Can’t wait.
You’re right, 11:15. I’ll just have to do my best to lead a meaningful life WITHOUT a Czech cocktail cart. It ain’t gonna be easy.
There is no cover charge. There are fire safety codes we have to comply with.
Brownstoner- There’s no cover charge is there? That would be ridiculous.
