Smoked Meats/Sandwich Shop Opening in Carroll Gardens

Back in mid-2009, a health-conscious restaurant called Olga’s that specialized in kosher products opened on southern Smith Street, near the corner of Third Place, but it will soon be replaced, as Grub Street noted, with HBH, a shop selling “smoked meats and gourmet sandwiches.” A reader sent in the photo above of new signage on the door last week, but the business’s Facebook page gives little indication of when it will be up and running.
