Judging by the number of rave reviews on Yelp, Williamsburg’s Second Stop Cafe has plenty of devoted fans. But now comes the real test: Will any of them step up and buy the coffee spot? The cafe is now up for sale–along with the entire property at 524 Lorimer Street–through Fillmore for $1,849,000. The corner property actually includes two buildings and a ton of street frontage. In addition to the coffee shop, there’s a juice bar in the rear carriage house plus a total of three residential units. The listing also mentions that the hot spot grosses $600,000 a year and nets $150,000. Dat’s a lot of Joe!
