The school originally partnered with Bruce Ratner to build a 65 storey Mixed-use tower called the ‘City tech tower’. But people in the Neighborhood had various complaints, plus the economy took a nose dive among other things. In all, that plot of land is prime real estate and its disappointing that they are building this, instead of what could have been.
