Rendering Posted for Four-Story, 20-Unit Brick Building in Bushwick

We found this rendering on the fence at 83 Bushwick Place, currently a vacant lot, in the Bushwick loft area. Aufgang Architects is designing the four-story apartment building, which will house 20 units spread across 13,191 square feet, according to a new building application. The new building permit was filed in October, but it was disapproved. Permits list David Schwartz of Slate Property Group as the developer.
