Bait & Tackle, above, has raised $21,000 and surpassed its goal by $1,000 on Kickstarter. The Good Fork restaurant has raised more than $41,000 toward its $50,000 goal on Kevin’s restaurant has turned to for $3,000, and Red Hook Lobster Pound is issuing gift certificates via Cafe and bar Fort Defiance has created “junk bonds,” aka gift certificates, worth half their cost on its own web site. “It’s a terrible deal for you, but we really need the money!” explained the site.
