A few days ago on this blog, Mr. B said traffic has been up these past few months although advertising is down. I was disappointed the article didn’t say that and also note that maybe the reason traffic is up is because we’re obsessively debating which way the market is going in New York. But otherwise it was a good read and I learned about some new real estate blogs.
