  1. Whether you are for or against socialized medicine, the current health care plan is just a terrible plan.
It puts insurance companies in charge of every single citizens health care decisions.
Since nobody thinks insurance companies are wonderful NOW, how much worse will they be when they are omnipotent?

  2. bxgrl/rf, you’re trying to slander a person by his last name and that alone. You have said nothing about his political views.

I bet if Newt gingrich’s lesbian daughter wanted to run you wouldn’t do the same thing to her.

    Grow up.

  3. Maybe we should have an existence tax, with an option to simply cease existing during any period you don’t want to pay the tax. Your assets and whatnot would continue existing, so long as you had made adequate provision for them during your time of non-existence, but you would simple cease to exist for the agreed amount of time. Don’t want to pay any taxes in 2011? Don’t exist for the year. Come back in 2012. Conveniently, you also wouldn’t have any expenses (other than whatever it takes to keep your assets in place for your return, unless of course you just want to give them all up, which of course you can). We could have a special program for re-introducing newly re-existing people back into society. And I suppose there would be some limit on the amount of time you can cease existing, like maybe 25 years or something. After all, people become a burden on their return if they no longer have any relevant skills.

  4. What BS, dibs. First of all, look up what “ad hominem” means. secondly, whatever issues are associated with the Bush name they earned by their actions. Ads for using Obama’s full name, those who did so used it to try to insult him and call his patriotism and birth into question. Without reason. Finally, as to how those 2 issues equate- well, they don’t.
