Adam Dahill is great. I was once thinking of refinancing my current mortgage. Talked to him, and he showed me that the numbers didn’t add up. In doing so, he was passing up business.

I often peruse through Architectual Digest and find
the most charmingly placed sticks and logs.
Cranking out a bunch of documents at work. Inspection was fine. Revealed that the boiler and the roof will need to be replaced soon and the chimney needs to be re-lined and some work needs to be done on the deck. Not an insignificant list. We’re thinking of dropping our price back down by a chunk of change to deal with this stuff.
Also chatted with Adam Dahill today (who is very helpful, as you know) and got the low-down on closing costs. I should have done this homework a while ago. Closings costs are real $$$. Like serious scratch to have boil off into space and not even go towards the purchase price.

Funny, I thought of pet rocks (which I had, and I assume you did) when I saw le chacal’s post.
this last weekend i gave a GAGGLE of moonfaces tarot readings with a friend of mine in manhattan. would i charge? hells no. i suck at it. which is why i get pissy when they charge obscene amounts of money for their shitty baked goods and other sundry products. this may be a reason why im a broke ass MoFo tho instead of a bank rolling MoFa.

Tybur6 used to hang out with us in the OT. Then he met a bunch of us at Sycamore. Doesn’t speak well of us that he’s been avoiding us and the OT ever since.
if i started selling painted sticks i give anyone in their right mind permission to shoot me in the face. my painting sticks phase was personal therapy (tho it all led to dramarama anyway hhahahah).. but i see your point. essentially, use them for financial gain. i don’t roll like that tho.. you see too much of that with landlords doing that to moonfaces which i think is wrong as well.
