a one bedroom for over a million dollars.???
are people really this retarded to spend that for so little space?
unbelieveable!
Caveat emptor.
because the one bedroom is just going to be another livingroom, with a kitchen in the corner and a bedroom. we have all seen this same old crap layout for years already.
these arent going to be that spectacular that a price of a million dollars for a one bedroom is worth it.
I cant imagine them as being huge either, please, the builder will cram as much as legal living space allows….and some retard will spend a million to live in it.
not that they arent going to be nice, but not a million dollars, you have got to be kidding.
Have no beef with Toll Bros(love 205 Water and their stuff in Manhattan, though NSP has some issues). My issue is with the (1)insane pricing and who knows how high cc/taxes (2) leaving yourself exposed to interest rates out in 2015 and (3) potentially purchasing near the ‘top’
maybe in a second rate city like philly, but not here (read up on northside piers one problems)
