Even lower today Dave, but they just raised rates a tad due to volume. Everyone has been laying off support staff for the past year and now their is too much volume. All the banks repriced for the worse just to slow down the volume. It’s crazy I know. The trend is heading lower so don’t worry you will see even better shortly.
Brandy, not just yet. My mother is getting a degree today, she went back to college a couple years back and she graduates today from Sarah Lawrence. I’m just very happy for her. She is first generation US and was told that women didn’t go to college back then. I’m glad that she did it. Sorry, too personal.
