and by the way- the streetcar thread is really interesting. Tyburg made a lot of good points and I’m fascinated by the idea of a light rail system for NYC.
*taking a few deep breaths and finding my center of calm* I don’t know that I expected good to come out of it but we sure got to know who is a racist, who is closeminded, who is elitist, who feels entitled- if knowing thy enemy is good, we at least got that out of it 🙂
I’m the kind of person who wants to know where people stand. I don’t like what I find often, but I’ve found very good people here too and that’s like finding gold.
Oh I saw Star Trek last night!!!!!! I went to the 10:30 show and the theater was quite empty (Good thing) and enjoyed myself!
The movie I give it 8.5/10. I would’ve gave it 9/10 but I don’t want to give the plot away. My suggestion is go see it!!!! They did a great job with the “Re-Boot’!
