Ugh…just read the OH6mosLater Thread. What is with the obsession and jealousy some folks have over Dave’s money and investments? (That’s obviously what it is with nimrods like cornerbodega) To all of you out there who fall into that category, something tells me that even if Dave sold all his homes at a substantial loss he could probably still buy and sell your loser asses several times over. GET OVER IT!
