  1. I skimmed most of this thread, and feel rather out of touch, but the swine flu is scary after reading those 90’s sensationalist nonfiction books that I did read. The thing about it that worries me the most is, we don’t know. It just got here, basically. Obviously, considering the number of kids in Queens who got it from one school, it spreads fast. But frankly, none of them have had it long enough to know how serious it will be.

    Plus, it may mutate and become more virulent. That would suck.

    Also, there’s an open fire hydrant (probably) on South 2nd between Roebling and Havemeyer. Also, it is a charming block.

    And the Speakeasy, I really like that place. Meet-up should be there.

  2. why does the best stuff happen after i leave work? im doing laundry so checking in stealing internet from a neighbor while it dries. and alol at eny challenging me to join the nypd in the the pitbull thread. um dude i dont have the steel balls it takes for that kind of job! tho a cop reality show where the winner gets to be a cop apprentice for a week id SO do! and shout out to copper chosen in that thread for backing me up . take THAT enY!
