bxgrl, that’s exactly what I’m guessing they did. It’s possible they got it through the pass through after the fact, but I’m wondering if it was in there first before they closed off the space.
Rob, sounds like a totally fab day. We saw oh nine or so houses this weekend. One would have been gorgeous if it hadn’t lost its roof some years ago. Thinking about reopening negotiations on the place in Ocean Hill.
