benson- many of the Mohawks came back to help cleaning up the WTC after 9-11. It was terribly sad, not only because of what happened but so many of them had helped build it and for some it was considered the crowning achievement of their work. There was also an Irish ironworker who volunteered with us for the same reason. He showed us pictures he took from the top of the structure when it was only the steel beams.
