BRG, I used to have severe back pain…I slipped and fell 3 times on ice and destroyed my back several years ago. I went through 4 months of intensive physical therapy to walk again. It was pure hell. What helps me now is regular walking and stretching. If I don’t do it for a few days in a row I wind up crying and clutching my heating pad for dear life.
Does anyone have chronic back pain? And what do you do about it?
I’ll be fine for monthes and then Bam….I’m in so much pain. Especially if I’m under lots of stress.
Yes, I’ve been xrayed, prodded by doctors, physical therapy. I find that eating healthy really helps. Sugar for me somehow agitates the back pain. But I do looove chocolate.
My cat is deathly afraid of other people. If I tried to take her out on a leash you’d see a woman walking with a cat clinging to her face and crying hysterically. Bad scene folks.
I also have a heated vibrating lumbar pillow. That helps while sitting.

Where is good ole Benson? He’d be cringing over all the cat talk!
haha dave – better keep an eye on your partner, walking a cat on a leash is quite a conversation starter 😉
Dh- my cats keep me on a short leash 🙂

DH…you and my partner in Philly are the only two males I’ve ever heard of who have walked a cat on a leash.
