when will afternoon snacks be brought out to the pantry? Stomach is full but big mouth wants to snack on something. Those cheesecake selections mentioned earlier would really hit the spot
Did winthropst turn in his reports before he left for his ‘doctor’ appt? [Assuming he’s gone to the Botanic Garden].
bxgrl, If you would, Can we have both PowerPoint & Flash, I’d like this presentation to carry all of our core marketing messages. Thanks for getting this done for the 2pm.
I’ll reach out to the higher ups for feedback on the new branding and identity guidelines. We’re going to need to redo all marketing materials, chairs and elevator signs to reflect our new positioning core principles and colors.
Jeez rob- that bastard! he probably broke your eardrum and damaged the the bones in your inner ear. It only gets worse if you don’t have something because the bones will calcifiy. Although I think they can totally replace those- but why not have it done. You’re too young to go through life with that- trust me on this. It is no fun.
Actually your hearing sounds “normal” because the brain learns to adjust to it. I never realized how profound my hearing loss was until I got a hearing aid. Then it took me nearly a year for me to get used to the noise level most people wouldn’t even notice.
Please report to the main conference room at 2pm. See if you can round up Randi, too, please. [Randi appears to be slacking, did he call in sick for the Noon numbers?] We’re going to need those post count interim numbers stat!
BRG, thanks for cancelling your lunch meeting. The team appreciates your efforts.
Headquarters called, they’re sending up an HR team to review all of us. We’re going to need more PowerPoint decks, as requested by MM. Ken, you may want to sit on this one.
Other than that, I like you too and what are you doing about your hearing loss?
i’ve just gotten used it. i basically just use my good ear for most things like talking on the phone. honestly i dont know what could be done other than perhaps a hearing aid. i can hear in it and my hearing doesnt sound one sided. if i stick my finger in my good ear everything sounds like it’s underwater to me, but if i dont have my fingers in my ears things just sound normal. i think you asked in the other thread but i think the original hearing loss was due to repeated trauma to my head. my uncle used to punch me in the head all the time when no one was around and then say that he didnt! i never like him (he lived with us). he’s dead now though so he got what he deserved. okay sorry for all that personal info!

I just went out to do a little shopping for dinner. I’m having a few pompous asshats over that would make most of you look like rookies.
It is absolutely beautiful outside.

And a shout out to more4less for his kind applause. *rob and I taking a bow*
I can do the powerpoint, or flash format, if you prefer. Have we decided on logos or team colors yet?

I thought count reports were due at 2. Didn’t we outsource that to randi- who volunteered for the job and is now mia?
