LuAnn with that group of kids?!?!?! Could you die? How awful is she? It was painful. I wanted to reach through the screen and hug each of those children and apologize for her.

“Kelly realized how absurd and self-involved she appeared, so her attempt to save face was to donate a portrait with her ex-husband. The charity was back in October. Jill and the charity are still trying to chase Kelly and her ex down to fulfill the promise to no avail. Ironically, I offered up my ex-boyfriend Kevin (the one Kelly and I referenced in the “smackdown” scene) to fill in and do the shoot.”
THL, Gemini- I used to watch it religiously but after awhile Tommy got very wearing. I know a lot of FDNY who really hate the show- it’s very over the top. Which, I guess, is exactly what Leary wants. It’s a brilliant show tough.
Rob- I know two people who quite using Chantix, one smoked 2 packs a day for over 30 years and the other was a pack a day person also for 30 years or so. Just grit your teeth and git it done.
Gemini- How good was Rescue Me?? Just awesome. Loving the Michael J Fox character.
Regarding corporate speak- I know someone that was a higher-up at the Waldorf Astoria and when she had to let someone go she’d have to say, “We’re going to separate you from your employment.” That is the line verbatim, WTF??? How awful would you feel having to say that to people? Literally cringe worthy.
