Dosa is a thin bread that is filled with something* and rolled.
*potatos
*veggies
*spices
There’s a wide variety of fillings.
I’m allergic to mangoes. Do all of these dishes include nuts and or mangoes? Yikes. Or artichokes? I could die trying to broaden my food horizons!!
