No Biff, that wasn’t a cut and paste. I typed all that as I was thinking of things I like to show 1st timers that come to NY.

Thanks BRG, I hope that was a cut and paste from a handy dandy file and you didn’t retype everything. I used to keep a Word document that ended up being over 20 pages and included, by area, things to see, places to eat, etc. It was like your list but expanded with write-ups, including hours, admission cost, etc. etc. Parenthood and the discovery of Brownstoner no longer permitted me the time to keep my list current.
Sainted Tenant has sold the house out from under the Great EVLL, claiming adverse possession :-). Can someone please offer EVLL and cats a good home?
Love the headlines, but gotta run. Going with the Sainted Tenant to make sure she gets on the right train. Then I’m coming back to throw out her stuff, do some painting, and have the place rented out before she gets back.

definitely visit the “crack” stairs in manhattanville near the fairway!!! just do NOT, i repeat do NOT go into the dead end small alleyway to the left when you get to the bottom of the stairs. and if you see a man sweeping with a broom, do not look him in the eyes lol.
