I don’t drink either sodas or juices because they are both equally fattening and I tend to get a bit hyperglycemic afterwards. But Dave, if a thin person like yourself has elevated triglycerides it is genetic and can be brought down by statins, not by orange juice for heavens sake. High triglycerides are bad but worse is a high c-reactive enzyme, at your age you should be tested and be more aware of these things. Also don’t try to be such a know-it-all.
What’s the difference sugar-wise beetween soda and juice? they’re both looaded with sugars. They body can’t distinguish between orange juice sugar and cola sugar.
Dave, I’m not pissed in the least, I may not be BHI but I am pretty detached from the fray. Besides I have a lot of experience dealing with Narcissists. Which brings me to my point: really between us, how long you been sayin’ you’re 54?

“Fake sweeteners are really really bad for you. They mess with your metabolism.”
cobble, really? why do you say that? I’m interested to know.
triglycerides are fats in the blood. elevated levels are usually hereditary, doesn’t matter whether you drink juice, cola, or water.
you need statins.
