Google Chrome has odd issues on some websites

Cobble- I see the grey bar also on the directory page.
My blog stream bar is back to normal- before it looked like what cobble sent in the screen shot. The pale gray bar with pale grey lettering I only see now on the listings page.
I see that same banner when I click on the Listings page but not here.

It’s above the Open thread text that’s dark brown. I don’t see it on my OT page but I do see it when I go to Listings.
