I think they had one before because on the website there were references to ferry difficulties in previous years. I am sure she’ll have a great time, unless it turns out she doesn’t like spending so much time with this boy! (and I will not have a great time if it turns out that she likes spending too much time with this boy!)
I don’t think he’s a bf, and most of the kids she knows from chorus are good kids. I told her to ask him to have his parents contact me. The tickets are really expensive and i don’t want her to accept that kind of gift with strings attached. But there are a lot of richie-rich parents including those with music industry contacts in the chorus so maybe they are freebies.
Any cool suggestions for father’s day? somewhere to go/do.

When you’re alone and life is making you lonely, you can always go downtown. Where all the lights are bright.
This guy’s a real entrepreneur. Great story. And, he’s not even a BUSINESSMAN (DIBS). Just some smart guy who worked a grunt job on a cruise ship.

my daughter told me this morning that she was invited to go to this:

The kid (a boy a year behind her in school, therefore probably 14) is in her chorus and has tickets, which are EXPENSIVE!
Anyone been?
Agree snaps- flagging should be for specific things only.

Now you’re talking. I can pretty much guarantee he will enjoy that. It can be a nice way to awaken, if you know what I mean.
The music festival has its own ferries, included with the price of the ticket. Tickets $95!
