  1. “So which of the comic book action hero movies does everyone want to see?”
    cobble,
Which new comic book movies are coming out?
I heard Thor was pretty good.

    bxgrl,
Ball of confusion, that’s what the world is today.

  2. ‘Why is the world to be continuously held hostage over this land the size of New Jersey?
Because it is allowed to continue.”

Legion0- I agree. But both Palestinians and Israelis are as much to blame. Right now Israel holds all the cards and are not really serious about pursuing peace. Netanyahu won’t go against his religious right supporters and the conservatives. The Palestinians have no power to change their condition and so it goes on. When both sides are serious about peace they’ll stop acting like stupid children and come to the negotiation table.

  3. bxgrl,
I do understand the complaints on the Arab/Muslim side.
I also understand that the Christian/Jewish/Hindu/Bhuddist side is never acknowledged in any of the other lands where they are dealing with the same issues of people and place.

The only acknowledgement from the side holding the land in those areas is at the end of a gun barrel or in a homicide bomber’s vest pocket.

Why is the world to be continuously held hostage over this land the size of New Jersey?
Because it is allowed to continue.

  4. Legion- jackal beats him if he doesn’t give him a LMFAO.

Re your 5:54- I agree with what you said but it’s only part of the story. Israel has to do something too- it does take two to tango. And the war against the US (as you would put it) is based on that conflict. The anger at the US got its start in the Arab-Israeli conflict and the belief the Us and its allies were conspiring to force people off their legitimately owned land. And in all honesty there is a big element of truth to that. We and Europe, and Russia muddled around in the Middle East both between and after the World Wars.Country names and borders were imposed on the region as if the native peoples didn’t have to be considered. If you don’t understand all the reasons behind the conflict, or if you won’t accept the legitimacy of the complaints on either side, you won’t understand how to fix it. And that’s for both Arabs and Israelis.
