Pete, what’s the consequences (with DOB, Bank, etc) of that house is currently a 3 family but C of O is 2? Have came across some houses like that when I was considering some near dibs and have always wonder what is the exposure on that inconsistency vs C of O
Well, the first Jewish guy could have passed for a Latino or an American Indian. There were other mistakes besides him, including, yes, another Jew who was really white.
