Balthazar is WAY overrated, but most places in NYC where there’s any “scene” are. I’m too old for that crap. I don’t want a lot of buzz, a lot of noise…I just want relative quiet, great food and an acceptable wine list.
Maybe for a job I should join the army, get cash the signing bonus check, then tell them I’m as queer as a 2 dollar bill, collect my discharge papers and go home!
